Lisa is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a highly qualified, values driven executive and transformational leader with 20 years’ experience as an executive and leader in strategic and transformational change spanning across several industries.
Recently Lisa has been a leader and advocate for innovation, improving culture and productivity, and driving future skills development for the last decade across the Water Industry nationally and Civil and Infrastructure sector within Victoria. She is a strategic advisor, invited to sit on a number of industry committees and works with stakeholders across local, State and Federal government. She also Chairs the Circular Economy Network, is President of Victoria Civil Construction Industry Alliance, and has established industry networks for leaders, women and safety professionals.
Passionate about people, she creates opportunities for collaboration and sharing of ideas, knowledge, resources, and experience for the betterment of individuals, businesses and sectors.
Lisa is a Graduate of the Australian Company Directors Course, holds a Master of Organisational Leadership and Change, and Master of Commerce, HRM (Receiving the Highest Achieving Graduate Award) and a Golden Key International invitation, and finalist of Kingston Council Woman of the Year.
